LEGION BASEBALL: Gayton defeats Augusta for 2nd consecutive state championship
AUGUSTA — Gayton Post scored six runs in the bottom of the sixth and rallied for a 15-6 victory over Augusta in the American Legion Baseball state tournament championship game Sunday afternoon. Augusta led 6-1 entering the bottom of the sixth. Corey Lapierre drove in five of those runs with two home runs.
