AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Wednesday and Thursday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:
• Derrick P. Beers, 24, of Farmingdale, operating under the influence May 2 in Gardiner; 48-hour jail sentence, $700 fine, 90-day license suspension.
• James L. Bell, 40, of Waterville, reckless conduct Feb. 26 in Waterville, six-month jail sentence.
• Kelly A. Brooks, 42, of Winthrop, refusing to sign uniform summons Feb. 5 in Winthrop; $150 fine.
• Christina M. Conner, 28, of Washington, domestic violence assault April 24 in Waterville; $500 fine.
• Jamie Douvielle, 47, of Gardiner, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures March 9 in Wayne; $500 fine.
• Nathan M. Feix, 22, of Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked April 8 in Winslow; $500 fine.
• Burke Dennis Fournier, 39, of Falmouth, operating under the influence Dec. 9, 2010, in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all but four days suspended (to be served in the alternative sentencing program), one year administrative release, $750 fine, 90-day license suspension.
• Roland Gagnon, 47, of Skowhegan, domestic violence assault and assault Feb. 16 in Rome; five-year jail sentence, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation, $300 fine.
• Nicholas R. Grant 29, of Augusta, operating under the influence and operating without a license (conditional/restricted); 10-day alternative sentencing program, $700 fine, 90-day license suspension.
• Dean R. Grondin, 22, of Mount Vernon, four counts of burglary and six counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer between Jan. 26 and Feb. 27, 2010, in Fayette, Manchester, Mount Vernon and Readfield; four-year jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation, $2,840 restitution.
• Heath M. Hanson, 37 of Standish, operating after habitual offender revocation Feb. 11 in Winslow; 30-day alternative sentencing program, $500 fine.
• Dwayne E. Levasseur, 39, of Benton, domestic violence assault, illegal possession of a firearm, obstructing report of a crime, and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; three-year jail sentence, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation, $400 fine, $500 restitution.
• Elizabeth A. Munster, 30, of Waterville, criminal trespass Jan. 15 in Waterville; $1,000 fine.
• Anthony B. Nigro, 32, of Randolph, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 9, 2010, in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence, $20 restitution.
• Theresa A. Overmiller, 43, of Augusta, violating condition of release April 11 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.
• Patricia Philbrook, 61, of Pittston, OUI Feb. 24 in Gardiner,
• Christopher R. Pinkham, 38, of Pittston, eluding an officer, violating condition of release theft by unauthorized use of property, operating while license suspended or revoked all Aug. 18, 2010, in Hallowell; 30-month jail sentence.
• Joel G. Reed, 46, of South Portland, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license April 28 in Augusta and violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked June 5 in Gardiner; four-year jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation, $1,700 fine, six-year license and registration suspension.
• Mark A. Roberts, 49 of Winslow, trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, illegal possession of firearm and criminal forfeiture of $4,000, all Feb. 18 in Winslow; five-year jail sentence, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation, $400 fine.
• Gabriel J. Roy, 31, of Sidney, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property Sept. 20, 2010, in Gardiner; $500 fine.
• Kevin David Sansouci, 39, of Gardiner, operating under the influence March 15 in Gardiner; two-day jail sentence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Andrew C. St. Martin, 44, of Cherry Valley, Mass., OUI April 1 in Sidney; three-day alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
• Rocco A. Sica Jr., 57, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 3 in Augusta; $400 fine.
• Stephanie Silva, 39, of Winthrop, disorderly conduct Aug. 30, 2010, in Winthrop; $1,000 fine.
• Benjamin R. Small, 25, of Turner and formerly of Winslow, assault June 6, 2009, in Manchester; 364-day jail sentence, all but 45 days suspended and one year administrative release, $300 fine.
• Gregory E. Storer, 28, of Vienna, operating under the influence and operating vehicle without license April 9 in Readfield; three-year jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, and two years’ probation, $1,100 fine and six-year license and registration suspension.
• Jason A. Trask, 37, of Pittston, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked March 2 in Pittston, 24-hour jail sentence, $1,000 fine, 90-day license suspension.
