At 3:59 p.m., Peter Mark Thompson, 47, of Vassalboro, was arrested on a warrant at the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office on State Street.

4:36 p.m., Richard Anthony Hernandez, 20, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime and theft by police conducting a pedestrian check on Jefferson Street.

9:51 p.m., two men were arrested by police responding to a report of a domestic disturbance on Washington Street. Michael Edward Nickles, 24, of Augusta, was charged with domestic violence assault. Mark A. Humiston, 27, of Gardiner, was arrested on warrants charging unpaid fines and failure to appear.

At 1:01 a.m., Robert W. Metcalf, 20, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police conducting a pedestrian check at Onesteel Recycling on Willow Street.

8:48 a.m., two people were arrested by police responding to a report of an assault on Pleasant Street. Bradley Israel Flowers, 35, of Gardiner was charged with domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing. Miranda Jean Noble, 33, of South China, was arrested on a warrant.

1:07 p.m., Jesse L. Baker, 29, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to an accident on Bridge Street.
