Dresden house fire reignites on Friday
DRESDEN — Crews on Friday were called back to the scene of a Thanksgiving Day fire that destroyed a Middle Road home owned by a local firefighter.
Fire Chief Gerald Lilly said debris from the home at 1115 Middle Road reignited Friday morning. Dresden firefighters spent about 30 minutes dousing the flames.
The home, owned by Lilly’s brother and sister-in-law, Albert and Rosemary Lilly, was leveled by flames Thursday afternoon. Albert Lilly is a Dresden firefighter.
