SOUTH CHINA — Zachary Hall, a student at Erskine Academy, has been named a commended student in the 2013 National Merit Scholarship Program.
Hall will receive a Letter of Commendation from the school and the National Merit Scholarship Program in recognition of this honor.
He is the son of Christina Moylan of Jefferson and William Hall of Jefferson.
