SKOWHEGAN — The University of Maine Margaret Chase Smith Library will hold its annual open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Riverside Ringers will provide entertainment at 2:30 p.m. and refreshments will be provided by the Bakery. Attendees are asked to bring canned goods to help stock the food cupboards of the Halycon House shelter for teenagers and receive a complimentary book about Senator Smith.
