AUGUSTA — The Model Railroad Celebration at the Maine State Museum, 230 State St., will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8.
The Great Falls Model Railroad Club and Maine 3-Railers will share their collections and knowledge about model trains. Members of each club will set up and operate a variety of displays complete with accessories and seasonal scenery. The event features G, HO, O, and N-gauge model trains.
Admission will be free and all are welcome. For more information, call 287-2301.
