WATERVILLE — A free Savvy Caregiver six-week training program, hosted by Spectrum Generations, is set for 1-3 p.m. Tuesdays, starting Jan. 8, at the Muskie Center.
The program is a 12-hour educational program for family and friends caring for individuals with dementia living in the community. There is no cost to attend. Participants will obtain the attitude, skills and knowledge that is necessary to keep a person with dementia content and involved in their life at home.
