Police arrested one of the men, 20-year-old David Peet of Windham. He’s been charged with carrying a concealed firearm without a permit. The other men were from Windham and Pelham.
Police responded Tuesday morning for the second time in a week for a report of gunfire near Windham Middle School and Golden Brook Elementary School.
Windham school business administrator Adam Steel tells the Eagle-Tribune that gun owners may not be doing anything illegal, but are contributing to the level of concern.
