PORTLAND — The Maine Red Claws won their sixth straight game Monday afternoon, beating the Springfield Armor 106-92 before 2,368 at the Portland Expo.

Maine continues to lead the NBA D-League East Division with a 16-8 record. It was their fourth win in four games against Springfield (6-15).

DaJuan Summers, who missed the past two games with a strained quadriceps muscle, led the Red Claws with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Micah Downs scored 17. Chris Wright added 13, and Champ Oguchi scored 12. Point guard Andre Barrett recorded 10 points and 12 assists.

Maine led 56-41 at halftime and increased the advantage to as much as 19 in the third quarter.

Maine’s next game will be Thursday night against the Armor, in Springfield. The Red Claws return to the Expo this weekend for games Friday (7 p.m.) and Sunday (3 p.m.).
