Storm-slicked roads keep Augusta police busy Saturday
AUGUSTA — Police handled a series of vehicle crashes Friday and Saturday, most of them resulting in minor injuries, if any.
Crashes were reported at various intersections on both the east and west sides of the Kennebec River.
One crash at 3:33 p.m. Saturday afternoon on Gage Street apparently resulted in one person being taken to MaineGeneral Medical Center, Augusta, for treatment.
No other details were available.

At 8:01 p.m., harassment was reported by a caller from a Bread of Life Ministries building on Boothby Street.
11:24 p.m., a Viles Street caller reported a domestic disturbance.

At 8:26 a.m., a caller from Peck Farm Road reported a theft.

At 10:18 p.m., Brandon M. Gagnon, 26, of Augusta, was arrested on Northern Avenue on a charge of domestic-violence assault.
