IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:22 a.m., John Hibbard, 44, of 543 Sabattus Road, Sabattus, was arrested on a warrant, at Elm Plaza.

12:41 a.m., Hanna Gerrier, 21, of 408 Smithfield Road, Belgrade, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 11:41 p.m., Kenneth Ronald Lachance, 58, of 19 Poulin St., Winslow, was arrested on a probation hold as well as two counts of unlawful possession of drugs, possession of hypodermic apparatus and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Also at 11:41 p.m., Brandy Lee Grover, 35, of 19 Poulin St., Winslow, was arrested on three counts of unlawful possession of drugs, possession of hypodermic apparatus and violating condition of release.
