AUGUSTA — The following is a list of cases closed April 11 and April 18, 2013, in Augusta District Court:
Courtney Allen, 20, of Augusta, assault Jan. 22 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 18, both in Augusta; $700 in fines.
Kristen M. Beairsto, 26, of Livermore Falls, possessing suspended driver’s license Nov. 21, 2011, in Litchfield; $250 fine.
Amy R. Breton, 34, of Augusta, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Jan. 21 in Augusta; $300 fine.
Christopher Breton, 35, of Searsmont, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, both Feb. 22; $650 in fines.
Joshua J. Broad, 21, of Augusta, operating under the influence Feb. 3 in Augusta; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
