AUGUSTA — The following cases involving area residents were closed from July 25 to 31, 2013, in Augusta District Court.

Benjamin J. Arnold, 34, of Woolwich, two counts of failure to register vehicle, Feb. 10, no town listed, and March 7 in Chelsea; $200 in fines.

Jessica L. Crehan, 22, of Bath, operating while license suspended or revoked May 27 in West Gardiner; $300 fine, 12-hour jail sentence.

Rebecca P. Cummings, 41, of Augusta, violating condition of release July 20 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

Joseph Everett, 47, of Winthrop, criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, both July 18 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

Steven David Farrell, 35, of Augusta, criminal trespass July 26 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

Larry E. Fischer, 28, of Gardiner, attaching false plates July 15, 2012, in West Gardiner; $100 fine.

Charles D. Messer, 26, of Augusta, failing to give correct name, address, date of birth, and operating while license suspended or revoked, both June 5, and domestic violence assault, July 26, all in Augusta; $600 in fines, 180-day jail sentence all but two days suspended, two years’ probation.

Tonya Souder, 45, of Winslow, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, July 28 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence.

Ann Young, 29, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, and assault, both July 23 in Augusta; $300 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.
