WATERVILLE — The Waterville Democratic Committee has appointed Tiffany Laliberty to run for the Ward 5 Board of Education seat in the Nov. 6 election.
If elected, she would fill a spot to be vacated by Victoria Duguay, who chose not to run for re-election.
