11:03 a.m., a liquor law violation was reported at Memorial Circle. Lloyd Everett Bowden, 54, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant.

3:03 p.m., suspicious activity was reported at Cumberland Farms on Mount Vernon Avenue. Roy Kennedy, 43, of Skowhegan, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
