A 2000 Volvo 70 being driven north on Bunker Hill Road by a 22-year-old Augusta woman went onto the soft shoulder while going around a curve in the road. The vehicle crossed back over the southbound lane and left the road where it struck several small trees and rolled over, coming to rest on its roof. Police said the crash was caused by excessive speed.
