UNITY — Inland Family Care invites all to join Dr. Gavin Ducker in a walk at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, and at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at the Field of Dreams, U.S. Route 202.
Participants can walk the one-mile circular level path with Ducket one, two or three times. There are several benches along the path if walkers need to rest.
Cardiac rehab nurse Linda Hunter will offer free blood pressure checks before and after the walk. Healthy Waldo County will provide free healthy snacks.
