ROCKPORT — Samantha Stone and Ryan Carter were married June 1, 2013, at the Samoset Resort in Rockport.
The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Debbie Stone of Sidney. The groom is the son of Mike and Wendy Carter of Orrington.
Kristen Soule was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Caitlin Pantermoller, Nicole Reil, Emma Smith and Ellen Schoenthaler.
Nick Reil was the best man. Ushers were Caleb Anderson, Jayson Bearce, Aki Sano and Nick Stone.
A reception was held at the Samoset Resort.
Mrs. Carter is a 2004 graduate of Waterville High School and a 2008 graduate of Lasell College. She is an Event Coordinator at Morgan Hill Event Center in Hermon.
Mr. Carter is a 2003 graduate of Brewer High School and a 2007 graduate of UMaine in Orono. He is a Pre-Sell Account Manager at Pepsi in Hampden.
The couple will take their honeymoon in January and live in Hermon.
