AUGUSTA — Mark Yerrick, chief executive officer of the Kennebec Valley YMCA, has stepped down to take a job in New Hampshire, according to a press release from the YMCA.

Yerrick, who was with the YMCA for five years, has accepted a position as general manager of facilities with a medical center in Manchester, N.H. The board will appoint an interim CEO while it conducts a search for his successor. The board expects to appoint a new CEO by the end of the year.
