FARMINGTON — Franklin Community Health Network invites community members to attend its annual meeting. The network is a locally controlled not-for-profit of rural health care providers that includes Franklin Memorial Hospital, Evergreen Behavioral Services, Franklin Health, NorthStar, and the Healthy Community Coalition of Greater Franklin County.

The meeting is set from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday in the Bass Room at Franklin Memorial Hospital. Attendees will receive an annual report, along with updates regarding new medical staff, new services and programs, new patient safety initiatives, future plans and goals and more. Presenters will include Rebecca Ryder, FCHN president, and Joseph Bujold, board chairman.

Social hour with refreshments is planned from 5:30 to 6 p.m., with the program starting at 6 p.m.

One of the highlights of the program is the presentation of the annual Community Health Leadership Award. Through the award, the network recognizes the unsung heroes who work to improve the health of the greater community and its members.
