FARMINGTON — The W.G. Mallet School recently received a donation for the school’s library from Ellie Marshall of Early Act, and Catlin Pease from Interact, two Farmington Rotary sponsored youth clubs. The presenation was made during a recent Rotary Club meeting.
Marshall and Pease raised the money from a bake sale held during the Rotary’s Fourth of July Parade. Franklin Savings Bank matched their efforts, allowling them to make donations of $150 each to three local school libraries. The other two school libraries include Cape Cod Hill and Academy Hill School.
