2:56 a.m., Sandra Christie, 49, of Hallowell, was charged with disorderly conduct for loud unreasonable noise. Police had responded to the report of a disturbance on Swan Street.

7:01 a.m., Nicole A. Breton, 19, of Chelsea, was charged with three counts of failure to appear.
