PHILLIPS — A local man was arrested after police say he had been giving two minors cigarettes throughout the summer.
Robert Parker, 43, allegedly gave two children under the age of 15 cigarettes since the beginning of the summer while he was living with the minors’ family.
Parker is charged with two counts of class D endangering the welfare of a child and class E violating a condition of release.
