FARMINGTON — Fitness and Recreation Center’s fourth annual golf tournament will begin at 10 a.m. Sunday at Turner Highlands, an 18-hole golf course. The tournament is intended to be recreational, all abilities are welcome. The format is a fun scramble with shotgun start.
Contests will be held for longest drive, closest to the pin, and there will be a putting contest. Lunch is available for sale at the snack shack. Prizes will be awarded immediately following the round. Registration and payment will be accepted at the UMF Fitness and Recreation Center with a deadline of noon today.
