WATERVILLE — The Kennebec Rap N’ Rock Music Fest is planned for 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 12 at the Head of Falls Park. Admission is $5. Vendor tables are $10.

The music festival will feature FlowPez, the rap musician, Jason Lopez, and drummer, James O’Keefe Jr., along with a variety of quality Maine musicians, representing rap, rock, hip hop, classical, folk, jazz, blues and some unique drumming on the Kennebec River. Peter Bighope will be the disc jockey.

All Interested musicians and vendors should contact Katherine Dall at 877-4553 as soon as possible.

The festival will benefit efforts to reduce domestic violence, the Humane Society and the student athletes anti-bullying community. Food and beverages will be offered for sale along with face painting by local volunteers, clowns selling balloons, dancing, and some old-fashioned games for children.
