IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Nicholas A. Ranger, 21, of Wilton, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

IN OAKLAND, Tuesday, at 11:47 a.m., Karen Beaulieu, 40, and Douglas Hanson, 38, both of Audrey Lane, were each arrested on a warrant, on Elizabeth Street.
