NORTH ANSON — Macy Welch scored a game-high 17 points to lead the Carrabec girls basketball team to a 50-38 win over Mountain Valley in Mountain Valley Conference game on Monday night.
Jessica Vaillancourt added eight points for the Cobras (3-1).
Mountain Valley was led by Sydney Petrie with 14 points.
Boothbay 52, Mt. Abram 21: Sara Durgan scored 12 points to lead the Seahawks past the Roadrunners in a Mountain Valley Conference game in Salem.
Hannah Morley added nine points for Boothbay (2-2).
Olivia Ryan led Mt. Abram (1-4) with 10 points. Sarenah Lariviere added three points.
