MONMOUTH — Kelsey Hutchins scored a game-high 20 points to lead Dirigo beat Monmouth 55-40 in a Mountain Valley Conference girls basketball game Monday.
Jess Conant added 16 points for Dirigo (4-1).
Sidney Wilson led Monmouth (3-2) with nine points while Kylie Kemp chipped in with seven.
Carrabec 50, Mountain Valley 38: Macy Welch scored a game-high 17 points to lead the Cobras to the MVC win.
Jessica Vaillancourt added eight points for the Cobras (3-1).
Mountain Valley was led by Sydney Petrie with 14 points.
Boothbay 52, Mt. Abram 21: Sara Durgan scored 12 points to lead the Seahawks past the Roadrunners in an MVC game in Salem.
Hannah Morley added nine points for Boothbay (2-2).
Olivia Ryan led Mt. Abram (1-4) with 10 points. Sarenah Lariviere added three points.
