VESTAL, N.Y. — Lauren Bodine scored 21 points, including six 3-pointers, to lead the University of Maine women’s basketball team to a 65-51 win over Binghamton on Saturday.

Ashleigh Roberts had 16 points and nine rebounds for Maine (8-8, 2-1 America East).

Vaneeshia Pualk led Binghamton (4-12, 1-2) with 20 points.

UM-FARMINGTON 72, NEW ENGLAND COLLEGE 59: Lindsey Ranquist scored 15 points to lead the Beavers to the North Atlantic Conference win in Henniker, N.H.

With the score tied, 30-30, at the half, UMF (5-8, 4-2 NAC) pulled away in the second half. Ayla Allen and Meghan Smith each scored 12 points for the Beavers.

Kayla Lawlor led New England College (7-5, 4-2) with 19 points.

COLBY-SAWYER 83, THOMAS 35: Jessica Shenkel scored 21 points to lead the Chargers to the NAC win on Saturday afternoon, in New London, N.H.

Colby-Sawyer (6-6, 5-1 NAC) never trailed in the game. Kelsey Cahill added 14 points for the Chargers.

Katie McAllister led Thomas (2-9, 2-4) with eight points.

MEN’S BASKETBALL

UM-FARMINGTON 90, NEW ENGLAND COLLEGE 67: Garrett Clemmer scored a game-high 23 points to lead the Beavers to the NAC win in Henniker, N.H.

Andrew Dickey scored 19 points for the Beavers (6-6, 4-2 NAC). Pet Sumner added 14 points for UMF, which took advantage of 22 New England College turnovers.

Dezron Wilson led NEC (5-8, 2-4) with 15 points.

COLBY-SAWYER 85, THOMAS 73: Zach Bean scored 20 points, and Mike Dias scored 18 points off the bench, to lead the Chargers to the NAC win in New London, N.H.

Koang Thok scored 12 points for Colby-Sawyer (6-6, 5-1 NAC).

Garen Manzo led Thomas (3-8, 3-3) with 25 points. Skowhegan’s Levi Barnes scored 18 points for the Terriers.

MEN’S HOCKEY

COLBY 2, HAMILTON 1: Devin Albert and Ben Chwick each scored to lead the Mules over the Continentals in NESCAC play on Saturday at Alfond Rink.

Albert scored at the 7:20 mark of the first period. Chwick’s goal at 4:42 of the second gave Colby (7-4-3, 4-3-1 NESCAC) a 2-0 lead.

Truman Landowski scored for Hamilton (3-7-1, 2-5-1) in the third period. Sam Parker made 21 saves for Colby. Charlie Fennell had 20 stops for Hamilton.

WOMEN’S HOCKEY

AMHERST 2, COLBY 1: The Lord Jeffs scored a pair of first period goals to take the NESCAC win in Amherst, Mass.

Caitlyn Ryan and Tori Salmon each scored for Amherst (8-2-2, 5-0-1 NESCAC). Colby (4-6-1, 2-4-0) got on the board when Kailey Buxbaum scored in the third.

Amherst goalie Kerri Stuart made 14 saves for the win. Brianne Wheeler had 26 saves for the Mules.

High school girls basketball

Rangeley 65, Vinalhaven 28: Tori Letarte had 14 points as the Lakers cruised to a win over the Vikings in Rangeley.

Seve Deery-DeRaps added 13 points, while Blayke Morin had six points and seven rebounds, and Maddi Egan had four points and four steals.

Ashley Hamilton had 10 points for Vinalhaven (6-7).

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS HOCKEY

ST. DOMINIC 8, CONY 1: Chase Hainey had two goals and an assist as the Saints beat the Rams in an Eastern A game at the Bank of Maine Ice Vault in Hallowell.

Caleb Labrie added two goals, while Tyler Sirois, Avery Jones, Cam Stewart and Chris Laverdierre each had one for St. Dom’s (3-3-1).

Aaron Manter scored from Austin Davis for Cony (5-4-0). Tom Small stopped 28 shots.
