RICHMOND — Mr. and Mrs. Andre Turcotte, of Richmond, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Katlyn M. Turcotte, to Matthew T. Thomas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Todd Thomas, of Freeport.
Katlyn is a graduate of Richmond High School and is a certified nurses assistant at Hawthorne House in Freeport.

Matthew is a graduate of Freeport High School and graduated from Southern Maine Community College with a culinary arts degree. He is employed by the Highlands in Topsham.
A Sept. 6, 2014, wedding is planned.
