MOSCOW — Residents will be asked to consider a $468,292 municipal budget on Monday at the Town Meeting, an increase of less than 2 percent from the current budget of $461,237.

The amount to be raised from taxes is $327,019, which is about 3 percent more than in the current year.

There are 67 items on the warrant for the meeting, which will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Moscow Elementary School.

Among items residents will be asked to approve are $35,000 for maintenance of roads and bridges, $84,000 for snow removal and sanding, $47,805 for the transfer station, $41,260 for ambulance service, $15,105 for firefighting service provided by the Bingham Fire Department, and $9,500 for students who do not receive free or reduced-price school lunches.

Elections will be held from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. There are no contested races.
