IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 12:07 a.m., Kyle Joseph Weeks, 24, of Waterville, was summoned on charges of the sale or use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on China Road.

ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 8:55 a.m., Derek Allen Kunz, 21, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of aggravated criminal mischief.
