IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 9:31 a.m., David A. Bowring, of Pittsfield, was arrested on a warrant.

6:22 p.m., Donald Alfred Merrick, 40, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a drug, violation of condition of release and operating under the influence.
