ARRESTS
IN OAKLAND, Thursday, at 9:01 a.m., Kati J. Fogg, 26, of Snow Pond Road, was arrested on a warrant, at the Oakland Police Department on Fairfield Street.
IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 1:28 p.m., Benjamin Mathieu, 22, of 8A Gilbert St., was arrested on a warrant, in the Waterville District Court parking lot off Colby Street.
11:17 p.m., Donald Fencik, 63, of 16 Center St., was arrested on a warrant, on Elm Street.
