SKOWHEGAN — David and Bonny Folsom, of Skowhegan, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kasey Lee Folsom, to Andrew Timothy Sinclair, son of Timothy Sinclair, of Bangor, and Dawn L’Italien, of Exeter, N.H.
Kasey is a 2006 graduate of Skowhegan Area High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Maine. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Pharmacy at the University of New England College of Pharmacy.

Andrew is a 2006 graduate of Bangor High School. He joined the service upon graduation and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom with the Air Force.
They plan to be married on Sept. 27, 2014.
