AUGUSTA — A Fayette man was ordered to serve a five-year prison term with all but 20 months suspended and two years probation, for operating after habitual offender revocation and several other charges from 2013.

Israel D. Breton, 35, was sentenced this week in Kennebec County Superior Court.

Along with the driving charge, he was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release, criminal mischief, and two counts of burglary, which occurred Feb. 13 to March 12, 2013, in Augusta and Farmingdale, and failure to appear after being released on bail Dec. 3, in Augusta.

He was also fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $116.96 restitution.

Also sentenced this week in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Joshua W. Bonenfant, 34, of St. George, criminal threatening June 3, in Litchfield; three month jail sentence.

• Theodore Richard Brooks II, 49, of Clinton, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Nov. 7, 2012, in Clinton; $400 fine, five day jail sentence.

• Philip D. Dwyer Jr., 41, of South Burlington, Vt., driving to endanger Jan. 1, 2012, in Waterville; $575 fine.

• Jaime Ray Healy, 32, of Winslow, three counts of theft Feb. 15 in Waterville, 364 day jail sentence, all but 50 days suspended, one year probation; $200 fine, $294 restitution.

• Angelique Henderson, 36, of Hallowell, criminal trespass Dec. 17, in Readfield; $500 fine.

• Megan E. Hinkel, 32, of Benton, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Dec. 11, 2012, in Augusta; $400 fine.

• Joshua L. Peaslee, 19, of Randolph, theft by receiving stolen property between March 3 and April 3 in Chelsea; $500 fine.

• Keith A. Tardiff, 23, of Augusta, two counts each of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary of a motor vehicle Aug. 31 to Sept. 1, 2013, and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release April 22, in Augusta; three year jail sentence, all but 120 days suspended, two years probation, $110 restitution.

• Jordan R. Waterman, 22, of Augusta, illegal possession of a crossbow Sept. 23, in Augusta; 16 month prison sentence concurrent to a 30 month probation revocation.

• Robert E. Wentworth, 65, of Newport, criminal threatening and criminal forfeiture of a Buick LeSabre July 24, 2012, in Waterville; $300 fine.
