It appears the RSU 38 has been able to meet its commitment to not increase the school budget for 2014.
I think this shows sensitivity to the financial burden of the taxpayers in the area.
This budget may not be ideal to some people, but I think it shows itself worthy of support.
I have found the superintendent Donna Wolfrom caring and willing to listen to suggestions, so folks should take the time to discuss concerns with her.
I understand this budget to be a 0.7 percent decrease from the 2013 budget.
