MADISON — Rep. Ann Dorney, D-Norridgewock, will host her second annual Community Energy Expo from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, at Madison Area Memorial High School. The event is free and open to the public.

Energy industry organizations from throughout the state will be available to discuss alternative energy, weatherization and efficiency and financing options. Informational sessions will be conducted throughout the day by industry experts on a range of topics.

Topics will include energy audits, home weatherization, alternative energy sources like biomass and solar, net energy billing, efficient hot water and heating systems, financing options and more.
