Thursday at 9:59 a.m., shoplifting was reported on Civic Center Drive. An arrest was reported, but police didn’t respond to inquiries about the person and location on Friday.

At 10:41 a.m., Joshua MacDonald, 22, of Bangor, was arrested at the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office on State Street on warrants.
