HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations seeks volunteer coaches to lead Living Well for Better Health classes in central Maine. The Living Well for Better Health program helps people deal with ongoing health conditions, nutrition, physical activity, communication, chronic pain and action planning. Coaches help participants become more confident about managing their health. They should have good communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and the willingness to lead small groups.

The next leader training will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 21, 22, 28 and 29, at Spectrum Generations Cohen Community Center, 22 Town Farm Road. The deadline to register is Oct. 14. There is no cost.
