Portland Water District crews are working to repair a water main break at 2054 Washington Ave.
The break was reported at 5:45 a.m. and has disrupted water service between Riverside Street and Summit Street and side roads within the area, said Michelle Clements, spokeswoman for the water district.
Traffic is able to pass through the area, though it is congested, she said.
Crews expect to have the line repaired by 4 p.m.
