ARRESTS

IN MADISON, Tuesday at 6:29 p.m., Douglas Roy Fickett, 27, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 3:33 p.m., Michael Vincent Paskell, 23, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 3:43 p.m., Jason Arsenault, 22, of 40 New Road, Newport, was arrested on Silver Street on a charge of operating under the influence.
