AUGUSTA — Sen. Roger Katz, R-Augusta, will meet with interested citizens from his district at the Sidney Town Office from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22 and at the Vassalboro Town Office from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25.

“I am interested in hearing directly from the citizens I represent,” said Katz. “I hope to answer any questions they may have and will note the ideas and priorities they want me to take back to the Legislature.”

Both meetings will be without an agenda so that citizens can feel free to stop by for a few moments or stay for the entire session. The sessions are open to any members of the public who have concerns or comments on state government, ideas for future legislation or related issues.

Katz is in his second term as a state senator in the 126th Legislature serving on the Government Oversight Committee. He is also the Senate Republican Assistant Leader.
