Leon Bourque, 57, of Methuen, Mass., operating vehicle without safety equipment Aug. 16 in China; $100 fine.

Harry J. Buswell Jr., 34, of Augusta, violating condition of release Aug. 15 in Chelsea; 10 day jail sentence.

Kyle D. Caret, 20, of Winthrop, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 19 and stealing drugs May 13, both in Winthrop; five day jail sentence, $800 restitution, $400 fine.

Lucas P. Cole, 24, of Benton, theft by receiving stolen property April 2 in China; 48 hour jail sentence.

James A. Glusker, 49, of Augusta, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over speed limit May 29 in Augusta; $550 fine.

Brad L. Johnson, 30, of Gardiner, two counts of operating after habitual offender revocation, April 6 in Randolph and April 14 in Augusta; $1,000 in fines, 60day jail sentence.

Joseph Johnson, 35, of Augusta, assault and disorderly conduct Aug. 20 in Augusta; 29 day jail sentence, $400 fine.

Staci Ann King, 28, of Randolph, unlawful possession of scheduled drug June 12 and forgery May 19, both in Gardiner, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, both July 30 in Randolph; 10 day jail sentence, $400 fine, $140 restitution.
