WINSLOW — Mr. and Mrs. Paul V. Irwin, of Winslow, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Katie L. Irwin, of Winslow, to Cody R. Souviney, of East Vassalboro, son of James and Janice Souviney, of East Vassalboro.

Katie is a 2009 graduate of Winslow High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of Southern Maine’s School of Nursing. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing with a minor in holistic health. She is currently employed as a registered nurse by Inland Hospital in Waterville.
Cody is a 2010 graduate of Winslow High School and a 2014 graduate of the University of Southern Maine’s School of Business. He received a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in risk management and insurance. He is currently employed as a disability claims manager by Prudential in Portland.
A Sept. 5, 2015, wedding is planned in Oakland.
