I am a proud veteran of multiple decades of active military service sworn to protect and preserve our Constitution. U.S. Rep. Mike Michaud was an effective member of the Veteran’s Affairs Committee and, through seniority, was the ranking Democrat on the committee. He has betrayed every veteran in this country by deciding to run for governor. In my humble opinion if any veteran is proud of being a veteran he or she should not vote for Mr. Michaud.
I don’t know how the Democratic Party convinced him to make this move but this action plus the eight years of Mr. Baldacci provides a good example of fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. It also shows us what Democrats think of us veterans. So I must ask just how committed to Maine is Mike?
