SKOWHEGAN — The Skowhegan Area Middle and High schools’ 21st Century Community Learning Center recently celebrated its 15th annual “Lights On,” according to a news release from SAD 54.
One group of students performed community service tasks downtown, as they walk from the school campus with their 21st CCLC After School Program banner and wear After School Program T-shirts according to a press release from SAD 54.
A second group traveled to the Children’s Discovery Museum in Augusta, where they joined forces with the Boys & Girls Clubs & the YMCA After School Programs of Augusta, they led science experiments with elementary students from the area.
