DAMARISCOTTA — Skidompha Library has announced its “Movies Just For Us” series that will feature at least one film showing a month at the library’s Porter Meeting Hall, accessed by the library’s Elm Street entrance.

The first film — the 1931 classic “Frankenstein,” starring Boris Karloff and Mae Clarke — will be shown at 7 p.m. Friday.

A donation of $5 is suggested to help the library expand and maintain its film collection.

The next film will be “Flags of Our Fathers,” scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10. For more information, call the library at 563-5513 or visit www.skidompha.org.
