Spectrum Generations will hold luncheons and other activities in honor of Veterans Day at three of its community centers.

• Friday, Nov. 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Spectrum Generation’s Muskie Center, 38 Gold St., Waterville. Conrad Edwards, veteran’s advocate from the Bureau of Veterans’ Service, will be available from 10 to 11 a.m. to speak with veterans about benefits they may be entitled to. At 11 a.m., Herb Blake from the Maine Wood Carvers Association will talk about the history of the Eagle Cane Project. From 12:30 to 1 p.m., a musical tribute to each branch of the service is planned. This event is open to the public and free for veterans. The cost for adults older than 60 or disabled is $5 and younger than 60, $6. Space is limited — registration is encouraged. • Monday, Nov. 10, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Spectrum Generations Cohen Center, 22 Town Farm Road, Hallowell. Edwards will be the guest speaker, with entertainment by harpist Deb Ridlon. All are welcome. The cost is $6 or free for veterans. Space is limited — registration is encouraged. For more information, call 626-7777.

• Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Spectrum Generations Coastal Center, 521 Main St., Damariscotta. Paul Marshall, World War II veteran, will be the featured speaker. He will talk about his memories of World War II, and his book “Maine Boy Goes to War.” The cost is $5 or free for veterans. Reservations are required by noon Monday, Nov. 10.
